VIEW ALL Consultants: By selecting this option you will be presented with a matrix that represents every professional 4-tel.com has on staff. The vertical axis is segmented into Telecom Experience, Telecom Markets, and Countries worked by each consultant. To drill down upon the cumulative experience 4-tel.com has within each of these 3 areas, simply "click" on the Row Title at the far left of the matrix (i.e. "Telecom SME: Customer Care") and you will be presented with additional details. Correspondingly the horizontal axis are our consultants and to view the profile of any given consultant, simply "click" on their corresponding number at the top of each column.

VIEW AVAILABLE Consultants: This option will present you with a subset of those consultants that would be available to begin new engagements within the next 3 months. The navigation and functionality of this option is the same as for "View ALL Consultants".

SEARCH for a SPECIFIC Consultant: Designed similar to any Web-based search feature, our search engine is navigated by simply "clicking" on those attributes that you desire in a potential consultant, and submitting your request against our talent database. Accordingly, you will be presented with only those consultants who match the selection criteria. You are also provided a data entry field to retrieve known consultant profiles by simply entering their specific profile number(s). The navigation and functionality of this option is the same as for the other two options.

Navigating the Talent Portfolio Chart: As with any excel spreadsheet, simply "Click" on the cursor arrows to scroll left-and-right, or to scroll up-and-down the chart.
