Phases

4-tel.com’s methodology can be dissected into 5 distinct phases:

Phase 1:  4-Sight
This phase substantiates and translates your program’s broad business strategies and objectives into clear, concise operational processes and best business practices.

Phase 2:  4-Thought
Once a clearly defined set of strategic business objectives are established, we then translate these operational business concepts into specific, tactical work plan activities that can be holistically implemented and coordinated amongst the four domains of transformation:  Process, Organization, Technology and Infrastructure.

Phase 3:  4-Shadow
In this phase, we develop and evaluate working business model prototypes in preparation for the 4th Phase.

Phase 4:  4-Mat
