cellular provider in the state of Montana.
He managed to do so in a very compressed timeframe, after which he
assumed the day-to-day management responsibilities of these departments along
with the collections and service roaming groups.
He next took on responsibilities for 14 decentralized Customer Service
and Billing departments, where he established procedures and monitored their
compliance. With

carrier to determine the best system architecture approach to be used to meet
