As an Associate Director for one of North America’s largest IXCs, one member of our staff designed and implemented a Direct Marketing Centre, the country’s largest call centre at the time, with 625 positions in 3 sites.  This major undertaking included assessing predictive dialing platforms and designing system enhancements to improve standard call center benchmarks that significantly increased the number of calls per agent.

Another consultant, in his role as a Senior Manager of Carrier Relations at another leading IXC, was responsible for all Interconnection and Service Level Agreements with the company’s suppliers in the eastern part of the country, while a new addition to our team created a Program Management Office at a leading Canadian IXC to lead the sales and servicing efforts for the company’s Fortune 100 customers.

Our staff has developed and introduced new technologies for this market; in particular, a new call forwarding and push notification product that supports a WEB interface.  This product is currently being used by Pacific Bell, RMI, and EMC2  -- the disk storage company.  He also developed a workflow management product for a large U.S. IXC’s Central Office and Installation technicians with full integration to legacy systems, and he managed the development of a similar system for other IXCs in the U.S. and Canada, while consulting on these systems abroad.
