For instance, one of our consultants was engaged with a leading U.S. Inter-Exchange Carrier (IXC) as it prepared to become a functional CLEC, where he program managed the design/redesign of the company’s business strategy associated with the deployment of CLEC equipment co-locations.  He also played the role of Subject Matter Expert  (SME) on the asset integration during the company’s merger with an international carrier, and was responsible for the development of equipment designs, cost models and process flows for Network Engineering, Network Operations and Customer Service.

On a project for a Canadian cable operator, one member of our team held project management responsibilities as the company positioned itself as a CLEC in the newly deregulated local access marketplace. On another assignment, he was responsible for the process design and systems implementation of a new carrier’s back office service bureau for the emerging CLEC marketplace. This assignment required designing an end-to-end process flow to facilitate both the service order and trouble ticket management of disparate CLEC network operations via a singular outsourced service bureau.
