Their client list is most impressive, and includes: Bell Canada, Telus, Saudi Telecom, AT&T, Sprint, US West, NYNEX, Cincinnati Bell, France Telecom, Nortel, GTE, Lucent Technologies, AllTel, and Deutsche Telekom, to name but a few.

On a recent project for a major U.S. carrier we program managed the design and implementation of the first statistical time reporting system for technicians in the United States. This system captured and verified the regulated and deregulated activities of Installation & Repair, cable and special services technicians. On another engagement we provided consulting expertise on: vision & strategy, business processes to deliver local telephone service, best practices on service implementation, service order provisioning, administering local loops, interim local number portability, billing issues, billing system requirements, Customer Care / Order Entry, and OSS selection and integration, for a major cable television service provider as it entered the local access market. And a final example of the work that our people have done in this area is the assessment of, and user requirements definition for, a new Workforce Management System. This system manages the dispatching of installation and repair jobs for over 4,000 technicians and 350 control centre personnel for a major IXC, and it needed to integrate with many legacy systems.
